What is Voltaic's return policy?

Voltaic's Return Policy

Voltaic Systems will accept, for return or exchange, any new, unused items within 30 days of purchase except for custom and/or branded items. The standard processing time for a return or exchange is 3-5 business days (not including transit time).

To create a return, email support@voltaicsystems.com and include:

  • Order Number
  • Item(s) to be Returned
  • Reason for Return (Arrived Too Late / Changed Mind / Exchange / Warranty / Other) 
  • Requested Resolution (Refund / Store Credit / Exchange)

  • You may request a pre-paid shipping label for a flat cost of $8 (US Continental Only) or you may choose to return the item(s) on your own account.
