Voltaic's Return Policy
Voltaic accepts returns within 30 days of purchase for items that are in new, unused condition. Custom/branded items or items purchased on clearance are not eligible for return.
- Submit the item(s) you'd like to return.
- A pre-paid shipping label will be provided with your RMA number (the flat-rate return fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund).
- Once your return is received, Voltaic will inspect and restock your product(s). A refund will then be processed to your original payment method, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
