What is Voltaic's exchange policy?

If your needs change you may exchange any Voltaic product within 30 days of purchase. Custom/branded items are not eligible for return.

To create an exchange, email support@voltaicsystems.com and include:

  • Order Number
  • Item(s) to be Exchanged
  • Reason for Return (Arrived Too Late / Changed Mind / Exchange / Warranty / Other) 
  • Requested Resolution (Refund / Store Credit / Exchange)

You may request a pre-paid shipping label for a flat cost of $8 (US Continental Only) or you may choose to return the item(s) on your own account.
