Shipping Delays due to COVID-19

Voltaic's warehouse staff will be reduced in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Shipments may be delayed and we cannot guarantee express delivery options until further notice. We will try to ship all small online orders placed before 10 AM EST the same business day. This will affect outbound shipments and may cause a delay in any warranty replacements, repairs, returns, and exchanges.

In addition to the delay, we will only be offering UPS shipping options at this time in order to reduce exposure to our team. Thank you for understanding.
