We have several products that will charge a laptop. See them all here.
The larger the panel (in Watts) means faster laptop charging. If you have a power hungry laptop like a MacBook Pro or need to use the laptop for 3 or more hours a day, we suggest going with a 17 to 20 Watt system. For efficient laptops or light laptop use, the 10 Watt systems will work well.
All of the products include the same V88 Laptop Battery which provides a full charge to most laptops.
All of these systems come with a range of standard laptop adapters
that cover the vast majority of laptops.
If you are charging a MacBook, reconfigured adapters
are a required accessory. We suggested reading our MacBook guide for more images and details.
How does it work?
You'll need to use the included V88 Laptop Battery
to recharge your laptop. Simply match the voltage of our battery (12V, 16V, 19V or 24V) to the charging voltage of your laptop. You can find out this charging voltage by checking the "output" voltage of the AC charging cable that came with your laptop, often on the spec sticker on the AC block.
Any special exceptions?
Certain Dell laptops, including the Dell Ultrabook and Inspiron series, may need to use this optional Dell Adapter to recharge your laptop.
If you have an HP Business laptop like an Elitebook, you may need to use our HP Adapter to recharge your laptop. Consumer HP laptops may require this smaller 4.5 x 3.0mm HP Adapter.
